In addition to our vast creative capabilities, our newly redesigned showroom, our updated website, our all new inventory and our recently expanded Nyren and Friends' Florist Team, we would like to let you know that we have added a LIVE customer service desk ready to process your floral orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our shop serves the following areas in CT: Southington, Plantsville, Cheshire, Marion, Waterbury, Wolcott, Meriden, Middletown, Bristol, Kensington, Milldale, New Britian and Berlin.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday and on Sunday by appointment.

We are closed on Sundays, however a sales rep is available 24/7 to take your order and with 48 hours notice and an additional charge, delivery can be arranged for Sunday.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $10.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
Time sensative order can be accomodated for an additional $25 dollars. This fee is often waived if the order can fit into our normal schedule.

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
